Returns

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All returns will be rejected unless accompanied by a current RA (Return Authorisation) number. RA’s may be issued by sales staff upon request. RA’s will only be valid for 30 days after issue.

1. Change of Mind

All regular stocked goods may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt, ensure you have requested a RA within this period. ‘Change of Mind’ RA requests lodged after 14 days of receipt will not be processed.

Custom or specially made to order items will not be accepted as returns under ‘Change of Mind’ conditions. 

Full refunds are not guaranteed and will be subject to 

            a) A 15% restocking fee.

            b) Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.

            c) Reimbursement of any complimentary freight.

It is the customers responsibility to organise and pay for return freight to Miami Stainless. Miami Stainless will not accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transit and suggest insurance is taken out on all returned goods.

2. Goods supplied Incorrectly, faulty or damaged

The customer must notify Miami Stainless of any items supplied incorrectly, faulty or damaged within 14 days of receipt. Goods will either be replaced or refunded by Miami Stainless at their discretion upon return receipt of the incorrect, faulty or damaged items. All freight associated with the rectification will be organised and payable by Miami Stainless.

3. Liability 

Miami Stainless will not be liable for any loss of income, profits, contracts, data, any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

The maximum aggregate liability of Miami Stainless for any product supplied whether in contract, tort(including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstance exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect to the products in question.
